Eco-Club

Laddsworth Primary School belongs to the Eco Schools programme and we recently received the Diamond Award in 2020. This award is in recognition of Laddsworth’s ten years of involvement with Eco Schools.

Laddsworth children are encouraged to recycle at school and at home and we support a local NGO, Singakwenza in their efforts to provide educational toys made out of recycled materials for pre-primary schools in the area.

The Eco Club is involved in planting gardens around our school, making children aware of environmental issues, creating awareness of the biodiversity around us and how we can protect our environment.
