Choir

The Junior and Senior Choirs at Laddsworth have a very enthusiastic membership of about 70 to 80 choristers each. The choir children learn vocal technique, singing in harmony, theatrical movement, the basis of stage presentation and many other choral skills. The repertoire is as varied as possible. It consists of a good balance between fun music and the beginnings of classical music, in order to encourage a love and understanding of a broad array of musical genres.
The choirs perform at many events, such as The Cordwalles Choir Festival; Howick Choir Festival, Prize Giving; Carol Concert and other special concerts which take place during the year.
