Laddsworth Grade 7 pupil, Jonathan Werth, finished 3rd in the South African Duathlon Championships, which was held in Cape Town, on 29 June 2019. The Duathlon involved a 2,5Km run, 10Km cycle and a 1,25Km run.
Well done Jonathan, Laddsworth is very proud of this fantastic achievement.

Hilton Quarry Superspar sponsors the Laddsworth Night Fun Run/Walk 2019

The Laddsworth Night Fun Run/Walk Fundraiser took place on Thursday, 13 June 2019. In spite of the very cold weather, the event was a great success, with 763 runners and walkers taking part. Hilton Quarry SuperSpar sponsored, prepared and cooked all the food which was on sale on the night. Laddsworth would like to express their sincere appreciation and thanks to the Downs family for their continued support of Laddsworth. The funds raised from this event, will be used to upgrade the school’s facilities.

Laddsworth pupils Nicholas Kruger (Grade 7) and Patrick Lamb (Grade 6) have been selected for the KwaZulu-Natal Primary School Swimming Team. They will receive a badge and a certificate recognising their achievements at a Prize Giving Ceremony on Saturday, 13 July 2019 in Kloof. Laddsworth is very proud of their achievements.
